Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day Return & Exchange Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to place a return or exchange request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return request can be placed from "Return/Exchange" tab on the Main Menu. If you face any issues write to us at support@tailoraedge.com
Once your return is accepted, keep the return order ready, our courier partner will pick it up from your address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, we reserve the final right to accept or reject a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving the delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges

Refunds
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to the same payment method used while placing the order within 1-7 working days.
Note: the COD fee is a convenience charge and is non-refundable. This fee is applicable to all orders placed using the Cash on Delivery payment method and will not be included in the refund amount.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund even after 7 working days, first login in to your account again and check.

TAILORAEDGE reserves the right to change this policy without prior notice to customers. We also reserve the right to limit or deny returns, If we determine that a customer is misusing the return, exchange and refund policy, we reserve the right to refuse return or refund to such customer.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
