Shipping policy

At TAILORAEDGE, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Here's an overview of our shipping policy:

  1. Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 24  hours. Please note that orders are not processed on Sunday or public holidays.

  2. Shipping Methods: We have a Standard shipping method for Pan-India.

  3. Delivery Time: The delivery time depends on your location. All orders are usually delivered in 1-5 working Days.

  4. Order Tracking: You can track your order from  "Track Order" under 'Orders & Returns' Tab in the Main Menu and also from Orders tab under My Account or once your order is confirmed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

  5. Return & Exchange Shipping : We offer Free Returns & Exchanges for 7 days from date of delivery. The Return/Exchange shipping of orders is handled from our end, but in some cases of pickup location being Non-Serviceable by our shipping partners we will request you to ship the product/order from your end & once your return or exchange is approved, we will ask you to share the Booking Challan/tracking number and the same shall be reimbursed to you along with the order refund/Exchange Product.

  6. Shipping Charges: We offer Free Delivery and Free Returns & Exchanges on all Orders
